1‑Year Free Replacement
If an eligible product within the above collections develops a qualifying quality or manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, Tomfaucet will provide a free replacement product after the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved.
This coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, or product functionality that occur under normal installation, use, and maintenance.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
After the first year, eligible products within the above collections continue to receive long‑term protection through our Lifetime Limited Warranty.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers eligible functional replacement parts affected by qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use, and maintenance.
If a covered component develops a qualifying defect, Tomfaucet will provide the necessary eligible replacement part free of charge to help restore proper product function.
Shower Systems
Covered functional components may include shower valves, cartridges, diverters, internal seals, hand showers, shower hoses, and other functional replacement parts.
Faucets
Covered functional components may include ceramic cartridges, valves, internal seals, aerators, stems, spray heads, hoses, diverters, and other functional replacement parts.
Hardware Sets
Covered components may include mounting hardware, brackets, fasteners, drain components, strainers, and other eligible functional or mechanical replacement parts.

Once your warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, Tomfaucet will arrange the appropriate warranty support as quickly as possible.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranties are designed to protect against qualifying product quality, material, and workmanship issues. They do not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
- Improper installation or installation not performed according to product instructions
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or improper maintenance
- Use of abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, bleach, acids, alcohol, solvents, or other unsuitable cleaning products
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear resulting from everyday use
- Accidental damage or improper handling
- Labor costs associated with removal, repair, installation, or replacement

Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach, acids, alcohol, solvents, or other harsh chemicals, as these may damage the product finish or components.
Warranty Eligibility
The 1‑Year Free Replacement and Lifetime Limited Warranty apply exclusively to the original purchaser of eligible Shower Systems, Faucets, and Hardware Sets purchased directly from the official Tomfaucet website.
A valid Tomfaucet Order Number (Order #) is required to verify your purchase and process a warranty claim.
The 1‑Year Free Replacement provides a free replacement product for qualifying issues within the first year. The Lifetime Limited Warranty provides free eligible functional replacement parts for qualifying issues thereafter and does not provide unlimited replacement of the complete product.
Warranty rights may vary depending on your state, province, country, or region. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
