🔄 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide photos so we can confirm that the product is in its original, uninstalled condition.
• How to Start a Return: Contact us at supports@tomfaucet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer free replacements for damaged or incorrect products.
• Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
• Order Cancellations: Changed your mind? Order cancellation is allowed and fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. (Note: Because our warehouses process orders rapidly, cancellations made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed as the item may already be on a transit trailer).
• Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

🛡️ Lifetime Limited Warranty

At TOMFAUCET, we value every single homeowner who chooses to use our products. Please read carefully as this concerns your rights and obligations once you have purchased and used our products.

From the moment you purchase our products, we provide a lifetime limited warranty service for customers. TOMFAUCET will replace “free of charge” any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use.

• Product Coverage: Please note that the lifetime warranty service is only for faucets and shower products. Bathtubs, Bathroom Vanities, and Bath Accessories are not covered by the lifetime warranty service.

Requirements for a Warranty Request:

To start your Warranty Request, please email us at supports@tomfaucet.com with the required information so we can swiftly review your case and respond as quickly as possible:

• 1. Online Order Details: Must be clear to read with the purchase date, model number, and store name.
• 2. Issue Description: A brief description of the issue to provide a diagnosis from the owner or a professional.
• 3. Photo/Video Evidence: An image and video will be required when the issue is related to a mechanical or workmanship defect (Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”).
• 4. Shipping Information: Confirm your full shipping address, phone number, and apartment/suite number if applicable.
