Return Validity
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Note:Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of placement.Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or changed.
Return (exchange)Process
To apply for a return, please write us an email at support@tomfaucet.com. If your return is accepted, We will tell you how to send your package and instructions on where to send it. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us and do not send the item back to the primary address.
Please notify that Tomfaucet won’t charge any return fees and handling fees through the whole return process. You can always contact us for any return question at support@tomfaucet.com.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect (including customized items) please contact our customer care email at support@tomfaucet.com for further instructions.
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including customized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange depending on your request below. Shipping & Handling will be refunded if this is one of the cases with your item(s). Damaged products or products missing parts/items must be reported within 10 days of receipt for this to apply, otherwise product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.
Noted: Any faulty items can be returned, and tomfaucet will afford the shipping fee.

Returns And Exchanges Due To Shipping Damage
If you receive a damaged item, tomfaucet.com will replace the item free of charge. Please follow instructions below:
Notifying Customer Service(support@tomfaucet.com) of damage/shortage
Please take pictures of the item and the packaging it came in and email this information along with a detailed description of the issue to support@tomfaucet.com within 48 hours. Please provide your order number in the subject field of the email for quicker processing. Replacements due to damages/shortages must be requested within 48 hours of your delivery. Unfortunately, after 48 hours we will not be able to file a claim due to the carrier’s claim restrictions, and it is assumed that all merchandise was received in good condition so you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item(s). If you or your representative signs for the item indicating damages on the bill of lading, our Customer Service department must be notified within 10 business days of your delivery to receive your replacement item/items free of charge. After 10 days, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement. If the merchandise has been installed, we will not be able to file a claim or provide a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return item (s), if completed your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It usually takes 3-7 working days to process.
Exceptions Certain types of products are non-returnable, such as personalized items or any products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to personal reasons. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us at support@tomfaucet.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. You will be responsible for contacting us for a cancellation request.
Once an order is processed or shipped, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot guarantee your request will be granted due to our expedited processing.
Please Note: Our warehouse works fast and orders are often already packed up, shrink wrapped on pallets, and loaded on FedEx trailers before a tracking number is uploaded to you. In many cases becomes impossible to locate your box and stop the shipment. Once the order is en route, it then becomes a general return under our easy 30 day return policy.
If the retum is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The
specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not
required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
