Shipping Area

Tomfaucet offers free shipping to all of the United States. We use United States Postal Service and FedEx to deliver our order. 

Note: Some areas cannot be delivered, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and other American Islands. If you are in these areas, please contact us before ordering. 

Shipping Time

All our products are only sell on the United States. All items are being shipped from the United States. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days for Monday through Friday (PST) and 1-3 business days for Saturday through Sunday (PST).

Orders received during standard U.S. holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Holidays include, but are not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, etc.

The shipping time consists of two sections:Processing Time+Shipping Time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Total Delivery Time:4-8 Business days
Processing Time: 1-3 Business days

Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days

Your products may arrive on different days, it depends on your distance from our warehouse.

If the transportation period is the major shopping festivals such as Black Friday, or going through some bad weathers, there will be some pressures on transportation, the delivery time may be delayed by 3-7 business days, thanks for your understanding and patiently waiting.


Tax & Duties

Note: our product prices have already included taxes and duties, but additional taxes and duties caused by customs for import at the destination would be afforded by the customer. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping costs.

Check Your Order and Shipment
Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details. You can go to the logistics website: to check the progress of delivery.
Our goal is to maintain our normal shipping times throughout the year. Despite our best efforts, we occasionally experience unexpected shipping delays. In the event we have a delay, we will make every effort to return to normal shipping times as quickly as possible.


Shipping and order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Please understand, thank you. Therefore, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct before placing an order.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and include a 24-hour period, your item will be processed and shipped within the business day. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.
The moment the package leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you with the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check for updates on the location of your package.
*Please note that the tracking number must be the same as the shipping service company.
