Tomfaucet offers free shipping to all of the United States. We use United States Postal Service and FedEx to deliver our order.
Note: Some areas cannot be delivered, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and other American Islands. If you are in these areas, please contact us before ordering.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days for Monday through Friday (PST) and 1-3 business days for Saturday through Sunday (PST).
The shipping time consists of two sections:Processing Time+Shipping Time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)
Total Delivery Time:4-8 Business days
Processing Time: 1-3 Business days
Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days
Your products may arrive on different days, it depends on your distance from our warehouse.
If the transportation period is the major shopping festivals such as Black Friday, or going through some bad weathers, there will be some pressures on transportation, the delivery time may be delayed by 3-7 business days, thanks for your understanding and patiently waiting.
Note: our product prices have already included taxes and duties, but additional taxes and duties caused by customs for import at the destination would be afforded by the customer. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping costs.
After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. We offer a lifetime warranty on our faucets and drench systems.
All products are warranted against manufacturing and mechanical failure to the original owner from the date of original purchase. If a product is found to be non-conforming, Tomfaucet will replace “free of charge” any part that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use.
In the event of leakage or dripping during use, Tomfaucet will provide, “free of charge”, the necessary parts to restore the faucet to good working order and will replace, “free of charge”, any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and manufacturing workmanship under normal installation, use, and repair. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase from the original consumer purchaser (original sales receipt). Defects or damage caused by the use of non-original Tomfaucet parts are not covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear from daily use is not warranted.
Damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty.
Tomfaucet will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this faucet. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.
*Note:If the product is used for commercial purposes or in multiple units, Tomfaucet warrants the product to be free from manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of five years from the date of delivery.

A brief description of the issue – to provide the diagnosis from owner or professional.
An image and video will be required when the issue is relating to a mechanical or workmanship defect. Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”.
Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable.
Please provide the required information, so that we can swiftly review your warranty case and respond as quickly as possible.

We have a 30 days return(exchange) policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return(exchange).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order when it is received and if the merchandise is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return item (s), if completed your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It usually takes 3-7 working days to process.
